B2B DIGITAL & E-COMMERCE MARKETING MANAGER ( F/M/D)

Responsibilities

Support the Ecommerce Director in designing and executing a comprehensive global digital strategy for the B2B professional division, fully aligned with the existing brand framework.
Develop data-driven approaches to significantly increase lead generation and ROI across all digital channels.
Lead and optimize digital campaigns on Amazon Business, focusing on performance and conversion improvements. Develop and execute tailored advertising strategies, manage storefront SEO, and enhance content through Sponsored Products, DSP, and A+ assets.
Lead ecommerce communication and digital advertising initiatives from concept development to international rollout, ensuring alignment with the customer journey.
Manage digital campaigns end to end, defining and monitoring KPIs (ROI, CPA), producing ecommerce marketing materials, and implementing SEO-optimized content strategies.
Provide strategic guidance to local marketing teams to adapt the global digital approach to country-specific needs, market dynamics, and product portfolios.
Drive capability building in digital marketing, advertising, and ecommerce within the B2B local teams.
Manage ecommerce investment budgets and collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure commercial alignment.
Define global standards for web-based marketing activities (SEO/SEM, marketing databases, social media) to ensure a consistent user experience and improve sales performance.

Qualifications

4–5 years of proven success in digital marketing (FMCG or B2B) and ecommerce.
Experience with Amazon Business platforms is essential. Proven ability to drive B2B sales growth and optimize marketplace performance.
Strong track record in driving measurable growth in lead generation and brand visibility.
Solid command of key digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and performance tracking.
Demonstrated ability to build SEO-optimized content strategies and execute integrated campaigns.
Confident working cross-functionally and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
A solid understanding of both the operational and strategic aspects of online sales, combined with high proficiency in analytical, statistical, and quantitative methods
