We are looking for a highly detail‑oriented B2B Data Research & List Building Specialist to build, validate, enrich, and maintain high‑quality company and contact lists used for outbound campaigns and paid audience activation. This role is essential to ensuring our marketing and sales teams have accurate, clean, and actionable data for multichannel execution. You will own the process end-to-end: from market research to list sourcing, enrichment, segmentation, deduplication, and delivery of clean CSVs and insight briefs. You’ll also leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate research and maintain exceptional data quality.
Key Responsibilities
1. List Building & Data Sourcing
Build target account and prospect lists for HeyReach, email marketing, Meta, and Google audience activation. Research and validate company firmographics, industry details, and key decision-maker contacts. Use tools such as Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clearbit, and others to source and enrich B2B data. 2. Data Enrichment & Quality Assurance
Enrich, verify, and keep data clean and organized. Perform deduplication, suppression, segmentation, and periodic dataset refreshes. Maintain large databases and CSV workflows with strong attention to detail. 3. Market Research & Insights
Produce market research outputs, including:
TAM inputs Segment and ICP mapping Competitor lists Category research and insights
Deliver short and clear insight briefs when needed. 4. AI-Driven Workflows
Use AI tools to speed up research, enrichment, segmentation, and cleaning tasks. Apply practical prompting techniques and build mini automation workflows. Ensure high accuracy and quality control in all AI‑assisted processes. 5. Output Delivery
Deliver ready‑to‑use data outputs such as:
Clean CSV files Audience upload files for paid platforms Short written insight briefs and summaries
Required Skills & Experience Must-Have Skills
Proven experience in lead sourcing, list building, and B2B data research. Experience enriching and validating company and contact data. Strong spreadsheet skills; comfortable working with large CSV datasets. Familiarity with sourcing and enrichment tools such as:
Clay Apollo ZoomInfo LinkedIn Sales Navigator Clearbit
Understanding of audience upload/matching processes for Meta and Google. Practical AI ability, including:
Prompting Automation workflows Structuring unorganized information into clean tables QA and verification processes
Preferred Background
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Candidates with strong B2B data research and list-building experience may qualify regardless of formal degree. Certifications in Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, or AI tooling workflows are a plus.
