ROLE OVERVIEW:

Jumpfactor is seeking a Content Manager (Writing & Editing) with 4–5 years of experience producing high-quality B2B content. This is a unique high-growth opportunity to work within the Managed IT and Cybersecurity niches, creating authoritative, SEO-optimized content that drives measurable results.

This role requires a strong understanding of IT, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services, combined with the ability to leverage AI tools responsibly to enhance efficiency while maintaining high editorial standards. The ideal candidate is strategic, research-driven, and skilled at crafting conversion-oriented content across multiple digital channels.

WHO YOU ARE:

• 4–5 years of experience writing and editing long-form and short-form B2B content

• Experience writing for IT, Cybersecurity, Managed IT Services, Cloud, or related technology industries

• Strong knowledge of SEO optimization and conversion-focused copywriting

• 2+ years of experience in journalism or a related field

• Ability to conduct in-depth research and meet tight deadlines

• Exceptional grammar, editing skills, and attention to detail

• Ability to write persuasive emails, landing pages, and sales-driven content

• Experience editing and refining AI-generated content

• Ability to maintain consistent tone, voice, and messaging

• Strong understanding of E-E-A-T and data-driven content strategy

• Bonus: Background in IT or Cybersecurity

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce high-quality content for an IT & Cyber-focused media platform (blogs, sales copy, landing pages, guides, social media)

• Leverage AI tools responsibly to increase efficiency and output

• Create E-E-A-T optimized content using first- and third-party research

• Conduct SEO keyword research and write conversion-focused content

• Execute social media content strategy for the IT & Cyber platform

• Execute email marketing campaigns and related copy

• Interview internal and external subject matter experts

• Edit and refine contributor submissions for quality and consistency
