The team you will be part of

You will be part of Intrepid’s Marketing & Communications team, reporting directly to the Regional Marketing and Communications Lead. Working closely with the lead and cross-functional teams, you will support the creation of compelling brand and corporate marketing assets that strengthen Intrepid’s presence across digital platforms, websites, and social media channels.

Our Marketing & Communications team sits at the center of Intrepid’s growth engine. We develop sharp local and regional insights into e-commerce and consumer trends, translating them into impactful B2B marketing strategies, creative content, and integrated campaigns that strengthen our brand presence across the region. From shaping market narratives to enabling go-to-market initiatives, the team plays a direct role in driving impact across a fast-growing organization.

The part you will play

In this role, you will support and execute marcom and creative initiatives across multiple touchpoints. You will work hands-on with content, visuals, and short-form video while contributing ideas that help elevate brand performance and campaign effectiveness.

Key contributions include:

Supporting marcom content development across digital and offline channels

Leading visual and creative content creation aligned with brand guidelines

Creating marcom assets such as social media content, flyers, and brochures

Executing short-form video projects end-to-end, including scripting, filming, editing, posting, and performance analysis

Contributing ideas, optimizations, and improvements to enhance B2B marketing initiatives

Taking ownership of assigned projects from concept through completion

As a marcom content  and creative executive, you will take charge of 

Creating compelling copy and designing creative content, including key visuals, social media assets, campaign materials, brochures, posters, and other marcom collaterals, to support brand, growth, and business objectives.

Producing engaging short-form videos for our social platforms

Managing visual consistency across marcom materials and digital platforms

Supporting campaign execution, content calendars, and social media performance tracking

Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

Staying up to date with marketing, social media, and content trends to keep output relevant and impactful

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is preferred

Experience

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, content, or creative roles

Marcom Pulse

Strong passion for marcom, social media, and industry trends

Ability to translate insights into timely, relevant, and engaging content

Strong interest in short-form video creation and social media marketing

Organizational Skills

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Language Proficiency

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Interpersonal Skills

Strong collaboration skills with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders

Platform Understanding

Solid understanding of platforms such as LinkedIn and TikTok, including content formats and best practices

Initiative & Decision-Making

Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable making quick decisions when needed

Tools & AI Familiarity

Proficiency in Canva, adobe photoshop and adobe illustrator  (must-have)

Animation skills , videography and basic video editing skills

Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content & video creation (ElevenLabs. Google VEO 3 or Kling AI)

Familiarity with campaign optimization, and workflow automation is a bonus
