B2B Community & Growth Manager

Help us build the Treatwell B2B brand and community in the Lithuanian market. Reporting into LT Country Manager, your mission will be to act as a bridge between our brand and our growing community of beauty professionals.

You will be our number 1 ambassador in Lithuania, engaging with potential partners and building relationships with existing ones. Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand across all community and comms channels

Working collaboratively with the wider B2B Growth team, you will partner closely with Performance Marketing and Lifecycle to support the expansion and acquisition targets of our salon base in a long lasting and meaningful way.

You will be responsible for:

• Manage and Launch the Treatwell community through all the B2B media and relevant communication channels (youtube, facebook page, Instagram, Whatsapp, Viber etc..)
• Ideate and create content for the community, especially LIVE content / Live Webinars
• Answer to comments and customer queries across our community channels in a timely manner
• Organise and participate in events to build our salon community and boost brand awareness through live, webinar and video content
• Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
• Liaise with the Product department to stay updated with new products and features to inform the community
• Close collaboration with Customer Success & Sales, designing and optimising live webinars to be provided on our social and web channel (E.g. Facebook Community, Website, Instagram etc…)to stay connected to partners, to train and educate on upselling opportunities, and to secure active engagement
• Build relationships with partners potential partners, industry professionals and journalists
• Identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
• Producing and organising local case studies, testimonials, and ensuring we can leverage the advocates we already have to influence others
• Support the B2B&B2C Marketing team to promptly obtain copy translations of multiple assets (landing, email, ads, website, etc.)

Requirements:
About You

• You are fluent in Lithuanian and English, with an expert level knowledge of Lithuanian culture and communication
• 2 years experience in social media management and copywriting
• A strong copywriter with high written communication skills
• You are highly dynamic, enthusiastic and energetic person and transmit this energy into your online videos and written interactions
• You love having a target to reach and are self-motivated to achieve results
• An enthusiastic self-starter, you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Passionate about the beauty industry and its professionals!
• First rate presentation skills, both in terms of content and delivery
• Strong stakeholder management; taking their input on board, managing briefs, and ensuring great communication makes any project a success
• Skill at project management, you work well within a team but also as a project owner ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities
• Strategically stay abreast of new developments and opportunities in the industry.
