B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter
We are currently hiring experienced B2B Cold Callers / Appointment Setters to join our team.
We are looking for confident communicators who are comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers, generating interest, and booking qualified appointments.
Experience selling services to eCommerce businesses is highly preferred.
About the Company
We provide fraud prevention and shipping protection solutions for Shopify and BigCommerce merchants, helping eCommerce businesses reduce losses and improve customer confidence.
Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to eCommerce businesses and merchants
• Introduce and explain company services professionally
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with leads and maintain communication pipelines
• Update CRM systems with accurate notes and activity
• Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets
Requirements:
Requirements
• Previous B2B cold calling or appointment-setting experience is required
• Experience selling services to eCommerce companies is a strong advantage
• Excellent English communication skills
• Confident and professional phone presence
• Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated
• Experience using CRM systems
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Schedule
• 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST
• Full-time position
