Are you a creative, data-driven marketer who thrives on building smart outbound engines and optimizing campaigns with precision? PX, the world’s leading customer acquisition platform, is looking for a B2B Campaign Manager to own and scale our outbound growth strategy.

In this role, you’ll design, experiment, and refine how we reach prospects, leveraging automation, personalization, AI tooling, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, and our top-tier Growth Agency partner in the Netherlands.

About the Role

Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel outbound campaigns (Email, LinkedIn, and intent-based outreach)

Run A/B tests and continuously optimize messaging and conversion through the funnel

Monitor performance, analyze key metrics, and identify improvements at every stage

Align ICP segments and campaign messaging with Sales and Product

Partner monthly with your 4-person internal Campaign team and our Growth Agency in the Netherlands to execute the most promising growth experiments

Creative and analytical, with strong ownership and fast execution

Energized by testing new approaches and adopting AI and automation tools

Fluent in English, written and spoken

Outbound & Enrichment: Salesflow, Lemlist, Smartlead, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Cognism, Vainu

Automation: Zapier, PhantomBuster, LinkedIn automation tools

Intent Data: Clay, ZoomInfo, RB2B, Trigify

Analytics: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics

Bonus: Experience with pipeline-driven performance ads (LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, etc.)
