B2B Accounts Receivable Specialist (m/f/d) - Dutch speaker

For our Berlin location, we are looking for a B2B Accounts Receivable Specialist (m/f/d) with fluent Dutch skills, who enjoys working with numbers and will actively support our Team Orange.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You independently monitor outstanding accounts receivable and handle dunning processes
• You systematically document processing results in various software systems
• You respond to professional inquiries from our corporate clients regarding payments and accounts
• You maintain regular contact with other departments, partners, and clients – both written and verbal
• You arrange and monitor installment payment agreements
• You participate in projects and perform general administrative office tasks

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education: You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have initial work experience, or have several years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Work style: You enjoy working independently, autonomously, and reliably
• Communication: You have a confident and positive demeanor and excel in communicating with demanding clients and stakeholders
• Languages: You speak Dutch and English at a very good level (at least C1); additional language skills are a plus (e.g., German)
• Tools: You are proficient in MS Excel; initial SAP knowledge is an advantage
