Azure Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Azure Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to define cloud strategies, modernize legacy systems, and ensure best practices across architecture, security, governance, and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud-native and AI-driven solutions on Azure
• Lead architecture discussions and provide best-fit technical solutions
• Work closely with engineering teams for implementation and optimization
• Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of systems
• Evaluate new technologies and drive innovation initiatives
• Provide technical leadership by managing and guiding engineering teams across architecture, design, and implementation phases.

Requirements:
• 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to cloud architecture
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure services and architecture design
• Proven experience in designing scalable, highly available, and secure cloud architectures
• Experience with Azure OpenAI Service or AI/ML services (Cognitive Services, ML Studio)
• Expertise in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong knowledge of API design and integration (REST, GraphQL, API Management)
• Experience with DevOps practices: CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Solid understanding of security best practices
• Experience in cost optimization and performance tuning of Azure resources
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide end-to-end architecture solutions
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and technical leadership

Architecture & Design

• Design and own end-to-end Azure cloud architectures for enterprise-scale applications
• Translate business and technical requirements into robust Azure solutions
• Define reference architectures, blueprints, and best practices
• Perform architecture reviews and ensure adherence to standards

Good to have

• Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS / GCP along with Azure)
• Exposure to GenAI / LLM-based solutions (RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents)
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures (Event Hub, Service Bus, Kafka)
• Experience with real-time streaming and analytics
• Knowledge of frontend/backend frameworks (React, Node.js)
• Experience in high-scale system design (millions of users / transactions)
• Exposure to compliance and governance frameworks (ISO, SOC, GDPR)

Certifications:

* Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)

* Azure AI Engineer Associate
