We are looking to hire a candidate with the skills sets mentioned and experience for one of our clients within the pharmaceutical Industry. 

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Power BI architecture and Microsoft Copilot capabilities with a strong background in data management systems, cloud solutions, data integration, ETL, advanced SQL, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will bring both deep technical expertise and the ability to design and communicate end-to-end data architectures that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and architect scalable data management and integration solutions using Azure Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Cloud services.

Lead the development of data engineering, ETL/ELT, data integration, and BI solutions to support business needs.

Architect and oversee data integration patterns across multiple source systems, including APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data architecture and solution designs.

Provide strategic guidance on database and SQL architecture, ensuring performance, scalability, security, and data quality.

Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and performance-tuning strategies.

Mentor and guide team members on best practices for data modeling, data integration, SQL optimization, and visualization.

Actively contribute to solution reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise data and integration strategies.

Required Qualifications :

7+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI.

Professional experience in data management systems, including data engineering, ETL, data integration, and Power BI

5+ years of Azure Cloud experience and 1+ year of hands-on experience with Azure Fabric.

Strong hands-on experience with data integration frameworks, including batch and real-time integration patterns.

8+ years of advanced SQL expertise, including performance tuning, query optimization, and complex data transformations across SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Azure SQL.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot is highly desirable.

Proven ability to conceptualize and design high-level data, SQL, and integration architectures.

Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate solutions and architecture to both technical and business audiences.

Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly preferred.

Location: New Brunswick, NJ

Duration: 6 months with high possibility of extension.

Pay Rate: $78 on C2C and $68 on W-2.
