We are looking for an experienced Azure Data Engineer - Senior Consultant .

This role requires expertise in designing, implementing, and managing data solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in data architecture, ETL processes, and the Azure ecosystem.

• Experience: 7 to 8 years
• Location: Bangalore

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable and efficient data solutions on the Azure platform.
• Develop ETL processes using Azure Data Factory, Stream Analytics, and Logic Apps.
• Build and maintain data warehouses and data lakes using Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Lake Storage.
• Write efficient SQL queries for data manipulation and retrieval in Azure SQL Database.
• Implement data security measures and ensure data compliance across Azure services.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to provide data-driven insights and analytics.
• Monitor and optimize data pipelines and workflows for performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in Azure environments.
• Stay updated with the latest Azure services and best practices in data engineering.

Technical Skills:

• Azure Services: Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions.
• ETL Tools: Azure Data Factory, SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
• Programming: Experienced in Python, SQL, and Azure Functions for data processing and automation.
• Data Modeling & Warehousing: Experience in designing data models and data warehousing solutions.
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git for source control and collaboration.
• DevOps: Knowledge of CI/CD practices for data pipelines in Azure environments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7-8 years of experience as a Data Engineer, with extensive knowledge of Azure data services.
• Strong proficiency in developing ETL processes using Azure Data Factory and other Azure services.
• Solid experience in database management and data warehousing solutions in Microsoft Azure.
• Proficient in SQL and familiar with Python for data manipulation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills for effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
