Role Overview

We are looking for a 5+ years’ experience in Azure Cloud / Infrastructure Engineer with strong hands-on experience across Azure infrastructure, security, governance, networking, identity, and automation, along with practical CI/CD skills using GitHub Actions and Terraform.

Key Responsibilities

Azure Cloud Engineering

• Deploy and manage Azure infrastructure: VM Scale Sets/VMs (Linux), VNets, Hub-Spoke, NSGs, Firewalls, Storage, Backups, Application Gateway, Load Balancers, Azure SQL, App Services.
• Implement governance: management groups, policies, tagging, cost controls.
• Configure monitoring and logging (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Alerts).
• Troubleshoot issues across compute, networking, and identity services.
• Strong hands on experience in Automating infrastructure management with Terraform.

Identity & Security

• Manage Azure AD: RBAC, PIM, app registrations, SSO, conditional access, Managed Identities.
• Implement least-privilege access and identity governance.
• Apply cloud security best practices: firewalls, VPNs, DNS, private endpoints, network security groups.
• Compliance Framework - Familiarity with and ability to support security and compliance standards/best practices such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, CIS, NIST.

Operational Support

• Maintain DEV/TEST/QA/PROD environments.
• Perform root-cause analysis for infra and pipeline issues.
• Incident response to alerts and security events.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and architecture diagrams.

DevOps & Automation

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and branching strategies.
• Manage secure configuration and secrets (Key Vault, GitHub Secrets).
• Scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Azure CLI, Azure Automation Runbooks)
• Ensure all deployments meet security and compliance standards.
