¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

Recibir a nuestros huéspedes en el hotel brindándoles asistencia e información, además de desarrollar las funciones administrativas y comerciales acordes a su puesto de trabajo.
Realizar el check in - check out, y asignar habitación / apartamento a los huéspedes.
Proporcionar al cliente toda la información y servicios que demande durante su estancia en el establecimiento.
Realizar la facturación del cliente.
Atender las quejas y reclamaciones de los clientes informando al superior para la solución de las mismas.
Gestión y auditorias de trabajo realizado a lo largo del día.

¿Qué buscamos?

Se requiere al menos 1 año de experiencia previa en puesto similar
