Job Description

Tu rol:
Como Ayudante de Recepción, colaborarás con el equipo para garantizar que la estancia de los huéspedes sea cómoda y agradable. Serás clave en el funcionamiento diario de recepción, apoyando en todas las tareas necesarias para ofrecer un servicio eficiente y profesional.

Funciones principales:

Gestionar check-ins y check-outs de manera ágil y cordial.

Atender llamadas, correos y consultas, ofreciendo información sobre el hotel y sus servicios.

Apoyar en la resolución de incidencias y asegurar la satisfacción del huésped.

Colaborar con otros departamentos para que la experiencia del cliente sea fluida y memorable.

Mantener registros y documentación de recepción de manera organizada y precisa.

Requisitos:

Experiencia mínima de 2 años en recepción o puestos similares.

Dominio del inglés y nivel intermedio en otro idioma.

Persona proactiva, organizada y con pasión por el servicio al cliente.

Disponibilidad para trabajar a jornada completa.
