AWS Solution Architect

Your mission:
As an AWS Solution Architect, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and success in our customer projects. You will provide expert technical leadership and strategic vision, ensuring our solutions align perfectly with business goals. This position requires a deep mastery of AWS services and cloud-native architectures, along with exceptional communication skills to seamlessly collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in internal processes, including knowledge sharing and mentorship, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Main responsibilities of this position include:

• Technical Leadership in Customer Projects:• Guiding the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure AWS solutions that meet client needs

• Ability to Communicate Effectively with Business Stakeholders:• To understand their goals and ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives, fostering a collaborative environment.

• Development of Concepts Regarding Reliability, Security, Performance, and Cost-Efficiency:• Ensuring optimal operation and value.

• Design and Implementation of Cloud-Native Architecture (Serverless-First):• Leveraging AWS services to build scalable and efficient solutions.

• Active Involvement in Implementation and Application Development:• Working closely with development teams to ensure best practices and high-quality outcomes.

• Development and Implementation of Security Blueprints in Multi-Account Environment:• Ensuring robust security postures across different AWS accounts.

• Development of Customized DevOps Automation Platforms:• To streamline operations, improve deployment processes, and enhance overall productivity.

• Strengthening of Company-Wide Engineering Best Practices:• Driving continuous process improvement and maintaining high standards of technical excellence.

• Engagement in Supporting Team Development:• Through proactive mentoring and knowledge sharing, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Your profile:
• Fluency in German and English language
• Several years of experience within specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking)
• In-depth expertise in designing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud architectures and alining them with the business/technical goals 
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable manner
• Advanced experience and knowledge of the AWS cloud platform and services
• Advanced experience with the AWS Well-Architected Framework
• Advanced knowledge of architecture patterns on AWS (software, infrastructure, serverless design) 
• Advanced knowledge of DevOps tools and methodologies
• Advanced knowledge of at least one programming language (JavaScript, TypeScript, Python)
• Advanced experience on projects where technical-business alignment was important
• Good knowledge of network design and implementation
