Location: Vilvoorde, Belgium – Hybrid (minimum 2 days on-site, remainder remote or from other offices)

About the Role:
We are hiring a DevOps Engineer to join a leading media technology team. You will work on high-traffic video platforms used by over 1.5 million users monthly, contributing to robust, scalable, and fast solutions that process over 100 million requests daily. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary team driving innovation in the streaming and digital media space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve platform infrastructure for high-performance applications
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployments
• Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver seamless integrations across web, mobile, and smart TV platforms
• Monitor and address security vulnerabilities, keeping systems patched and up to date
• Ensure reliability and scalability of services through best DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering practices

Requirements:
• Strong understanding of DevOps culture and Site Reliability Engineering principles
• Extensive experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Proven team player with excellent collaboration skills
• Ability to improve platforms continuously and proactively question processes

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana Stack, and OpenTelemetry
• Experience with technologies like Akamai, MongoDB, Docker, Linux, Snyk, Java, Spring Boot, Gradle, Python
• Independent, curious, and open-minded
• Strong focus on quality and best practices
