POSITION: AWS / Cloud Solutions Architect
REQUISITION: PUFF-SE3-01.030525b
LOCATION: Ft. Meade, Maryland - Headquarters

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide technical cloud advisment and leadership to the customer base.

“Operations Team” Tier 2
Managing team ticket queue
• Team lead regarding a Web Collaboration Tool
• Develop user reference library regarding Amazon Web Services (AWS), including quality control
• Develop a system administration reference guide and continuously monitor standard operating procedures regarding Amazon Web Services (AWS), including quality control
• Assist with development within Amazon Web Services (AWS) multiple environments
• Work with Agency Security on Services, Permissions for newly released services within Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Analyzing mission requests and directing accordingly
• Followed standard operating procedures to identify and troubleshoot network issues for immediate resolution
• Troubleshooting activities and resolving system issues within Amazon Web Services (AWS) on multiple environments

“Architecture Team”
• Assist future requests on services within multiple Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments
• Research and development of new processes for team and users
• Work with Agency Security on Services, Permissions for new released services within Amazon Web Services (AWS)

QUALIFICATIONS:
CERTIFICATION: Must hold an active AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate Certification
