Role Summary and Impact
We're on a mission to democratize AI across our analytics team, and we need a trailblazing leader to helm this effort. As the Data Analytics and BI lead, you'll develop and execute a strategy to enable our analytics team members with AI capabilities, empowering them to drive business growth and deliver exceptional client value.
Skills and Experience
What you will do:
• Develop AI enablement strategy: Create a comprehensive plan to upskill and reskill our analytics team members with AI capabilities, aligning with business goals and objectives.
• Design and deliver AI training programs: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver training programs that cover AI fundamentals, machine learning, and data science.
• Develop AI-powered tools and platforms: Lead the development of AI-powered tools and platforms that augment our analytics team's capabilities, driving efficiency, accuracy, and innovation.
• Foster a culture of AI adoption: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote AI adoption, provide guidance on AI best practices, and ensure seamless integration with existing workflows.
• Stay ahead of AI trends and advancements: Participate in industry conferences, research papers, and forums to maintain expertise and identify opportunities for innovation.
Role requirements:
• Education: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Technical expertise: Strong background in AI, machine learning, and software engineering, with experience in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Knowledge of cloud-based AI platforms: Experience with cloud-based AI platforms such as Google Cloud AI Platform, Amazon SageMaker, or Microsoft Azure Machine Learning.
• Leadership skills: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, with excellent communication, mentoring, and project management skills.
• Business acumen: Understanding of business operations, market trends, and the media industry.
Nice to have:
• Experience with media analytics: Familiarity with media measurement, data analytics, and advertising technology.
• Certifications in AI or machine learning: Certifications such as Certified Data Scientist or Certified Machine Learning Engineer.
