• Familiarize him/herself with the design and layout of all the AV Systems. Obtain an understanding of operating procedures related to such.
• Installs, repairs and maintains equipment such as amplifier, CD Player, Loud Speaker and electrical equipment.
• Configuring Audio, Video and Light Systems.
• Troubleshooting technical issues, diagnosing and correcting faults under Audio, Video and Lighting.
• Design AV systems for clients and projects.
• Aid in AV and lighting projects and installation.
• Provide technical support in live events.
• Perform safe operation methods and procedures in troubleshooting of all AV systems including line amplifiers, and speakers.
• Report any unusual findings or safety hazards immediately to the Director of Engineering/Maintenance Manager
• Able to perform multi-skilled tasks whenever required.

• Previous experience in a large hotel with at least 500 keys in a luxury property required
• Pre-opening experience is an advantage 
• Proven work experience as an AV Technician.
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
