Auxiliar de Operaciones Comerciales / Business Support Operations (Individual Contributor)

Location: Monterrey area, Nuevo León, Mexico

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Support Operations professional to support our U.S.-based sales team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. This is an individual contributor (IC) role, ideal for someone early to mid-career with approximately 2+ years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service.

This role is not senior-level and does not include people management or strategic ownership. It is a hands-on position focused on execution, accuracy, organization, and strong communication with internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Administration

• Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo) with accurate and timely sales data

• Prepare and process sales quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and contracts

• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, operations) to support the sales cycle

• Track order status, follow up on required documentation, and assist with basic sales reporting

• Organize and manage sales documentation in accordance with internal processes

Customer Support (Occasional)

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a professional and timely manner

• Provide basic product information and order status updates

• Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate internal teams

• Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-focused mindset

Quality & Process

• Follow and contribute to the company’s Quality Management System (QMS)

• Maintain organized records and support consistency across sales-related processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in sales support, administrative, or customer service roles

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international or U.S.-based teams

• Familiarity with U.S. business practices and customer expectations

• Basic understanding of sales processes (B2B or B2C)

Buscamos un(a) Auxiliar de Operaciones Comerciales para apoyar al equipo de ventas en Estados Unidos con tareas administrativas y de coordinación diaria. Este es un rol de contribución individual (IC), ideal para una persona en una etapa temprana a intermedia de su carrera, con alrededor de 2+ años de experiencia en soporte comercial, funciones administrativas o atención al cliente.

Este no es un puesto senior, ni incluye liderazgo de personas o responsabilidades estratégicas. Es un rol operativo y práctico, enfocado en la ejecución, el orden, la precisión y la comunicación efectiva.

Responsabilidades Principales

Soporte Administrativo Comercial

• Mantener y actualizar sistemas CRM (por ejemplo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo) con información precisa y actualizada

• Preparar y procesar cotizaciones, facturas, órdenes de compra y contratos

• Coordinarse con equipos internos como logística, finanzas y operaciones para apoyar el ciclo de ventas

• Dar seguimiento al estatus de órdenes, documentación pendiente y reportes básicos

• Administrar y organizar documentación comercial conforme a los procesos internos

Atención al Cliente (Ocasional)

• Atender consultas de clientes por correo electrónico, chat o teléfono de forma profesional y oportuna

• Proporcionar información básica de productos y actualizaciones sobre pedidos

• Escalar situaciones más complejas a los equipos correspondientes

• Representar a la empresa con un enfoque profesional y orientado al cliente

Calidad y Procesos

• Cumplir y contribuir al Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (QMS)

• Mantener registros organizados y apoyar la consistencia de los procesos comerciales

Requisitos

• Licenciatura en Administración, Ventas, Mercadotecnia o carrera afín

• 2+ años de experiencia en roles administrativos, soporte comercial o atención al cliente

• Buen nivel de inglés hablado y escrito

• Manejo de Microsoft Office, Google Workspace y herramientas CRM

• Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente, organizar prioridades y cumplir con fechas límite

Deseable

• Experiencia trabajando con equipos internacionales o de Estados Unidos

• Conocimiento básico de prácticas comerciales en EE. UU.

• Comprensión general de procesos de ventas (B2B o B2C)
