AUXILIAR COMPTABLE

Per incorporació a l'equip de Girona

Posició exclusiva per a persones majors de 16 i menors 30 anys beneficiàries del Sistema Nacional de Garantia Juvenil i inscrites com a demandants d'ocupació (DONO).

La missió es basa en donar suport a l’equip de finances en tasques administratives i comptables, garantint el rigor i la correcta aplicació dels procediments interns i la normativa vigent.

Què t’oferim?

Ubicació: Girona
Horari: De 8:00 a 15:00 i una tarda de 15:30 a 18:00
Salari: 1.422,61€ bruts / 14 pagues
Durada: 6 mesos
Incorporació: Febrer 2026
Jornada: 100%

Algunes de les teves funcions seran:

Comptabilització de caixes i introducció d’apunts comptables
Conciliacions bancàries
Elaboració d’informes i arxiu documental
Suport administratiu en registres i tramitació d’expedients
Assistència en processos de facturació i gestió de proveïdors
Col·laboració amb l’equip per resoldre incidències documentals

Requisits que has de complir:

Formació: CFGS en Administració
Coneixements: procediments administratius, pla general comptable, gestió pressupostària, Excel avançat (es valorarà Navision)
Competències: autonomia, planificació, qualitat, treball en equip
Fer menys de 3 anys que has finalitzat la titulació
Tenir entre 16 i 30 anys
Ser beneficiari/a del Sistema Nacional de Garantia Juvenil
Estar inscrit/a com a DONO al SOC i amb capacitat per formalitzar contracte formatiu
