We are looking for Automotive Technical Support Specialists with strong workshop experience and excellent communication skills in English + one of the following languages: Hungarian, German, French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese or Swedish.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of automotive innovation, supporting Authorized Repairers and Independent Operators with technical, diagnostic, warranty, and aftersales process guidance.
What You Will Do
Technical Support & Diagnostics
• Provide expert technical assistance to retailers and workshops via different channels (including ticketing system, chat and phone).
• Support technicians with diagnostics, root‑cause analysis, and repair instructions across various vehicle systems, including EV and HV technologies.
• Analyze technical inquiries, identify key issues, and guide retailers through effective solutions.
• Collaborate with dealer technicians, field engineers, and internal teams to resolve complex cases.
• Conduct occasional vehicle testing or coordinate field engineer visits when required.
Aftersales & Warranty Support
• Assess and follow up on warranty claims, pre‑authorizations, and non‑warranty cases.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with OEM warranty and policy processes.
• Support retailers with aftersales procedures, workshop processes, and system navigation.
Systems & Process Support
• Provide guidance on aftersales systems, user access, and system functionalities.
• Troubleshoot system issues and escalate to IT support when needed.
• Maintain accurate case documentation in internal systems.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous knowledge exchange.

What You Bring
Experience & Technical Skills
• 3–5+ years of automotive experience, ideally in a dealership, workshop, or manufacturer environment.
• Degree in vehicle or mechanical engineering, or a certified automotive mechanic qualification
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical knowledge; EV/HV certification (e.g., DGUV L2+, IMI Level 4) is a strong advantage.
• Experience with OEM diagnostic tools and technical documentation.
• Confidence in technical concern resolution and warranty procedures.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
Education
• Degree in automotive technology, engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
Languages
• Fluency in English
• Plus one of the following languages: Hungarian, German, French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese or Swedish.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
