Automotive Service Technician

SuperTech Auto is growing across Western Canada and we’re looking for a high-performing Automotive Service Technician who takes pride in productivity, quality workmanship, and professionalism. We operate organized, process-driven shops with steady workflow and clear expectations. Built for technicians who want to perform at a high level and be rewarded for it.

This role is ideal for technicians who value efficiency and quality. Our technicians are expected to consistently achieve 80%+ proficiency (billed hours vs available hours) through strong time management, workflow efficiency, and minimal idle time, while maintaining a zero-comeback mindset and strict quality-control standards. We believe great work should be done once and done right.

We offer competitive compensation based on experience, certifications, and performance, along with a consistent car count and a professional work environment. For qualified candidates, we also offer a signing bonus of up to $3,500, with bonus amount and payout tied to experience and successful completion of a probationary period.

In this role, you’ll diagnose and repair vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and SuperTech standards, complete thorough inspections, and ensure every vehicle is customer-ready. You’ll be expected to work efficiently, keep your bay clean and organized, verify parts before starting work, communicate proactively with management, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times.

We’re looking for an experienced automotive technician (Red Seal preferred, not required) who brings a strong work ethic, a positive team-first attitude, and pride in both workmanship and appearance. This is a performance-driven environment with clear accountability and strong support.
