What You’ll Do:

Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service lane

Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues

Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines

Provide clear communication and updates throughout the service process

Present and explain repair estimates, including upsells when appropriate

Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow

Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships

What We’re Looking For:

Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (Kia experience a plus)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Sales-minded with a focus on providing value to the customer

Familiarity with dealership systems (CDK, Xtime, etc.) is a plus

Positive attitude, team player, and self-motivated
