Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and address their service needs with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Service Recommendations: Assess vehicle conditions and recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services.
Scheduling & Coordination: Manage service schedules, ensuring timely completion and communication with customers.
Documentation: Accurately document service orders, customer concerns, and repair needs.
Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all services are performed to the highest standards and meet BMW specifications.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.
Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
