Management Training Program – Grow into a General Manager!

Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 per year

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Learn how to attract and retain customers using our top-tier lead generation tools.

Vehicle Acquisition: Select from over 1,000 vehicles to meet client needs and manage inventory.

Finance Management: Structure and secure financing deals by working directly with financial institutions.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory to ensure optimal vehicle selection and availability.

Payroll Management: Gain experience managing commission, bonuses, and salaries for employees.

Compliance & Lender Relations: Ensure all financial and legal requirements are met while maintaining strong lender relationships.

Employee Recruitment & Management: Recruit, manage, and lead your own team.

ESA Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Employment Standards Act (ESA) for smooth operations.
