As an Automotive Sales Associate at Murgado Ford Lincoln, you will play a key role in connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle selection and purchase process. Job Responsibilities
• Greet and engage customers in a professional manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
• Present Ford and Lincoln vehicle features and benefits
• Conduct test drives and assist throughout the sales process
• Guide customers from initial contact through vehicle delivery
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
Qualifications
• Automotive sales experience preferred but not required for the right candidate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service mindset
• Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
