What You'll Do:
Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right vehicle
Demonstrate knowledge of vehicle makes, models, features, and benefits
Generate your own business through prospecting, referrals, and social media outreach
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
Explain and offer extended warranties and protection options
Stay organized and maintain consistent follow-up with leads and customers
Utilize CRM systems, phone, and digital tools effectively
What We're Looking For:
Enthusiastic, high-energy personality with a positive attitude
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
Ability to think creatively and “outside of the box”
Coachable and eager to learn and grow
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
