Compensation: Technicians can expect to earn $50,000+ expected annual earnings, with additional income growth available through performance incentives and high-volume work.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles, equipment, and machinery

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues using industry-standard tools

• Complete repairs, replacements, and adjustments (engines, brakes, transmissions, steering systems, etc.)

• Use diagnostic software/equipment to troubleshoot complex problems

• Work closely with team members to keep repair schedules efficient and organized

• Document work performed, parts used, and maintenance procedures accurately

• Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Stay current on new technology, tools, and repair techniques

• Provide friendly, professional customer service when interacting with clients

• Maintain a clean workspace and properly care for tools and equipment

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training preferred)

• Experience as a technician, mechanic, or similar hands‑on role

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read/interpret manuals, diagrams, and schematics

• Good communication skills and a team‑first mindset

• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability

• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• State inspection certification is a plus!
