Responsibilities - Parts Counterman:

Report to and successfully partner with Dealership Parts Manager on maintaining business standards and profitability.

Assist with efficiently reconcile inventory in house and electronically.

Assist with maintaining effective partnership with company Wholesale Department. 

Assist in issuing parts and accessories to technicians.

Assist in helping customers purchase parts and supplies for their vehicles.

Assist with maintain stock levels that enable our service department to complete their work without delay.

Maintain a clean and organized department.

Maintain current knowledge on parts and inventory trends.

Qualifications - Parts Counterman:

Automotive Parts experience is preferred.

Excellent customer service and advanced problem solving skills.

Effective verbal and written communication skills. 

Good organizational skills and work ethic.

Willingness to work on Saturday as needed.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Highly Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.

Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.

Must be able to lift 20 pounds on a regular basis and stand for extended periods of time.
