Join the Drive advice team and help us deliver timely, engaging content about cars, driving and the automotive industry to a broad audience. We're looking for a sharp, capable journalist to cover everything from road rules to DIY tips, all while working with a supportive team of editors and senior journalists.

Day to day you will:

• Create original car-related content for a broad audience spanning Nine.com.au, The Sydney Morning Herald and The Age
• Write high-quality, engaging articles and reports under tight deadlines.
• Use SEO and social media strategies to maximise the visibility of your content.
• Collaborate with editors and multimedia teams to enhance your stories.
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments and questions.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of your articles, providing insights for future content improvement.

What you'll bring:

• Knowledge of cars and an interest in the automotive industry, with a desire to learn more.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional research and fact-checking abilities.
• An understanding of SEO and social media and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver's license.
• Preferably a degree in journalism or a related field.
