Required Qualifications:

✔ Advanced/Expert-Level Experience in:

• GoHighLevel (GHL)

• Notion

• Zapier

• Webhooks

• Meta Pixel / GHL Conversion API

• Process Automation

✔ Proven track record building integrated systems for payroll, sales commission tracking, sales lead tracking, sales call analysis, Carfax reporting, and job tracking.

Preferred Qualifications:

✔ Experience with N8N
✔ SQL & data management
✔ Reporting and dashboard creation

Bonus Skills:

✔ Graphic design
✔ Funnel building / lead generation experience
✔ AI agent experience
✔ Delphi experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain integrated automation systems across sales, payroll, and operations.
• Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, sales leads, commissions, and operational performance.
• Connect multiple platforms (GHL, Notion, Zapier, Webhooks, Meta Pixel, and others) into seamless workflows.
• Audit, troubleshoot, and optimize existing processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify areas for automation and operational improvement.
• Train and support team members on using automated systems and dashboards.
