1) Mandatory skills: Core Java (Strong in Collections, JDBC, Serialization, Synchronization, Exceptional Handling, OOPS concepts, Multithreading), Spring, Hibernate, JSP / Servlets and good communication skills.
2) Resource should have excellent Development experience. No support / Maintanance experience is considerable.
3) Avoid any resource who belongs to AP (Andhrapradesh) and passed out from JNTU, Osmania. Look for any other University (VTU, Anna etc.)
4) Look for 3.5+ Years of experience
5) If resource is not working then career GAP should not be more than 3 months
6) He / should not be frequent Job changer. Should associate with one organization for minimum 1.5+ Years.
