Automation Tester (Python or Java)

We are seeking a dedicated Automation Tester with a strong understanding of either Python or Java to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of our applications. You will collaborate with developers and product stakeholders to deliver high-quality software in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python or Java.
• Design and implement test automation frameworks to support testing efforts.
• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software meets business requirements.
• Collaborate with developers to identify testing requirements and bottlenecks in the development process.
• Identify, document, and track defects using a defect management system.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on test quality and improvements.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Automation Testing with proficiency in either Python or Java.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
