• Establishment of an automation test suite from scratch for areas of GuestCentrix.
• Creation and ongoing maintenance of the regression test suite.
• Work to tight deadlines that fit in with client requirements and development team commitments.  Timely reporting on test execution status
• Diagnosing any issues found without extended assistance and logging of those issues in Jira
• Maintenance of configuration of the GuestCentrix installations – ie. Setting up different options in order to complete testing.
• Writing SQL queries to check on desired test results in the back end using SQL Server Management Studio.
• Participation in any Agile team activities.
• Production of a risk assessment at the end of the release where there are any outstanding issues.
• Providing estimations on testing of a release to the individual work item level.
• Gain understanding and retain knowledge on the complicated business functionality in our global fast paced environmen

• SQL Server 2008R2 upwards – ability to write complex queries, backup and restore databases.
• SoapUI or Postman for back end web service testing
• Selenium and other test automation tools.
• ISTQB qualification is preferred
• Agile experience - Strong QA Skills: Planning, exploratory testing, functional and system testing, defect reporting and analysis
