Quick Summary

We are looking for an Automation Tester to join our team in Makati, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have experience in testing automation frameworks and be able to write clear and detailed bug reports. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing one of our products using Selenium WebDriver and Appium, and will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment.

iScale Solutions works with technology companies to effectively scale their development, support and operations processes.

• Responsible for test planning, new feature testing and test automation for one of the company’s products.
• Develop test automation framework components and test cases in Java ( or C#.Net) using Selenium WebDriver, Appium, and Jackson library for REST.
• Write clear and detailed bug reports, participate in bug discussions and follow them to resolution
• Always have a pulse on the quality of the applications you own and assist management with go/no-go decisions
• Work in an agile, rapid development and prototyping environment where effective communication is paramount.

• 5+ years of experience in software development or writing complex test automation for enterprise applications.
• Experienced in industry best practices in SW development processes: Unit testing, OO design, code reviews etc.
• Experience in front-end web application test automation (e.g. Selenium WebDriver) and REST API testing.

Desired Candidate:
Java Developers with proven SW Design & Development experience

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in performance testing.
• Experience in security testing.
• Experience in CRM, Force.com and the SalesForce1 platform.
• Experience in testing of mobile applications, preferably on both iOS and Android.
