As an Automation Tester, you will work with the latest cloud and container technologies to ensure the stability, reliability, and quality of our platforms. With a strong customer-focused mindset, you will help drive continuous improvements and deliver high-quality solutions for T Cloud, Deutsche Telekom’s sovereign European cloud platform. Your work will directly contribute to building a secure, scalable, and trusted cloud infrastructure for enterprises across Europe.
Do you like?
• Develop, execute and monitor automated tests.
• Detect and analyze errors in interfaces and functionality.
• Create and maintain automated tests using common automation frameworks.
• Review and correct product documentation.
• Solve complex problems in the day-to-day operation of a hyperscaler cloud backend.
• Work closely with a team of specialists in an open and supportive environment.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Around 5–7 years of experience in IT, preferably with exposure to cloud technologies.
• Strong experience with test automation, testing methodologies and test tools.
• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework, Selenium or similar automation frameworks.
• Experience with API testing (REST, Postman, Swagger or similar tools).
• Practical experience working with Linux environments.
• Understanding of Agile development processes.
• Ability to analyze technical solutions and propose creative approaches to problem solving.
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills.
• Experience with OpenStack or contributions to open source projects is a plus.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
