Job Overview
We are looking for an Automation Specialist to take ownership of building and maintaining internal automation, systems, and digital workflows. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with leadership and operations to identify inefficiencies, design solutions, and implement them using Microsoft 365 tools.
This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, take a brief, and deliver end-to-end solutions — from automation flows to integrated business systems and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
Build and manage SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and forms to support internal operations
Develop Power Apps for internal use as needed
Integrate Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel) into efficient workflows
Build dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI or Excel
Identify manual or repetitive processes and implement automation solutions
Maintain documentation for systems, workflows, and processes
Support internal teams in adopting new tools and systems
Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve existing automations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate, including building workflows from scratch.
Strong working knowledge of SharePoint (lists, libraries, permissions, forms)
Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel, OneDrive)
Experience with Power Apps and Power BI or Excel dashboards
Knowledge of JSON, basic scripting, or API integrations
Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse or Azure is an advantage
Experience working in BPO, professional services, or fast-paced environments
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects end-to-end
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, Morning Shift)
