Our large financial client is seeking a selenium QA resource to support a secure data platform for new projects and enhancements from reviewing requirements, building test strategies and test plans to test execution, maintain existing automated regression suites in Selenium and building new.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of software quality assurance and testing experience
3+ years of demonstrated scripting or programming experience in the language of the testing tool (Java, VB Script, etc). Must know Selenium/Java
Experience in all SDLC disciplines such as requirements, design, code, implementation/user support
Experience testing web applications
Experience opening defects and using Bug Tracking tools
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Experience using Quality Center
Experience testing financial applications or equivalent
Experience with test data set-up and data conditioning for a banking application
Experience defining and implementing software testing strategies
Experience with Agile methodology or similar
Experience with Web-Services testing using SOAPUI Pro tool

Preferred Qualifications

Banking domain knowledge
Experience using ClearQuest for defect tracking
Experience working with Mobile applications
Experience implementing quality process improvements, creating methods, procedures and training
Experience developing estimates for quality assurance/quality control work activities
