· Candidate must have experience in UFT automation and performance testing using Loadrunner & Jmeter

· Overall management of delivery (Project execution plan, staffing plan, technical skill set requirements, infrastructure requirements etc) for a testing project of a team size of 10 to 30 People. Ensure adherence to schedule, deliverables and quality.

· Plan, monitor, control and execute the project delivery tasks with the help of Test Leads. In case of onsite-offshore team coordinate with the leads for work execution.

· Ensure technical and process related training plan is prepared and executed for the test team.

· Ensure compliance to client and Mindtree quality processes. Escalation of schedule, quality and cost related issues to DM/DH and senior management.

Responsible for Test Strategy, Test Design and Test Execution

· Technical guidance to the test leads and test engineers in formulating the test strategy, design of test requirements and test cases.

· Review of Test strategy and test cases.

· Ensure set up of test infrastructure like test equipment, software licenses, customer supplied material/equipment etc.

Responsible for Quality of Delivery, Process compliance

· Adherence to Entry / Exit Criteria for deliverables, assurance of Product Quality and ensure compliance as per the contractual SLAs and quality parameters as per SOW.

· Ensure adherence to acceptance criteria as defined in SOW before delivery.

· Work closely with development managers/program manager to ensure product/deliverable quality.

· Ensure review and audit of deliverables before submission to client.

· Assess the product/deliverable quality and recommend/stop shipment of software.

· Ensure closure of any NCs/Observations.

· Timely Organizational process compliance to be ensured – GMA etc.

· Ensure carrying out Delivery excellence initiatives in the team for continuous improvement (Six Sigma/ Lean)
