Automation Project Coordination & Management
• Oversees and coordinates end-to-end automation projects from intake to deployment
• Ensures project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly defined and tracked Monitor project progress, risks, and issues; drive mitigation and timely resolution
• Ensures alignment between business requirements, technical delivery, and client expectations
Team Supervision & Resource Management
• Supervises Automation Project Coordinators and junior automation resources
• Assign tasks, balance workloads, and ensure efficient utilization of team capacity
• Provides guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
Client & Stakeholder Management
• Act as primary operational contact for clients on automation projects and services
• Lead regular status meetings, steering updates, and issue discussions
• Manages scope, change requests, and expectations in collaboration with senior stakeholders
Automation Delivery Oversight
• Ensures adherence to delivery standards, governance, and best practices across automation platforms
• Coordinates with developers, platform owners, and IT teams to ensure solution stability
• Support go-live, hypercare, and post-deployment stabilization activities
Sales & Demand Support
• Supports pre-sales and demand discussions by providing effort estimates, timelines, and delivery inputs
• Assists in identifying automation opportunities within existing and new client engagements Provide capacity planning and delivery feasibility inputs to account and sales teams
Governance, Reporting & Quality
• Tracks delivery KPIs, SLAs, utilization, and service performance
• Prepares consolidated delivery and operations reports for management and clients
• Ensures project documentation, runbooks, and knowledge artifacts are maintained
Continuous Improvement
• Identifies opportunities to improve automation delivery efficiency and project execution
• Supports standardization of templates, tools, and project management practices
• Contributes to the automation roadmap and service enhancement initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Equivalent professional experience in automation or IT service delivery may be considered in lieu of formal education
• 2-3 years of experience in automation delivery, IT project coordination, or managed services
• Prior experience supervising or coordinating junior team members or project coordinators
• Exposure to client-facing roles, including status reporting, requirement discussions, and issue management
• Experience supporting multiple automation initiatives or workstreams in parallel
• Understanding of automation lifecycle including intake, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Familiarity with project management and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
• Strong coordination and project tracking skills with the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and risks
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities such as solution scoping, proposal inputs, or effort estimation is an advantage
• Understanding of commercial delivery models and client engagement structures is preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and stakeholder engagement
