Automation Anywhere Developer (RPA)

We are seeking an experienced Automation Anywhere Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development using Automation Anywhere (A360) and Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing, developing, and deploying RPA bots using Automation Anywhere, and will be responsible for automating business processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and deliver business value.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• RPA Development: Design, develop, and maintain RPA bots using Automation Anywhere platform (A360) to automate business processes across various functions.

• Solution Design & Architecture: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business processes and design RPA solutions that meet their requirements.

• Bot Testing & Deployment: Perform unit testing, system testing, and integration testing of RPA bots to ensure they function as expected. Deploy bots into production environments.

• Bot Monitoring & Support: Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot any issues in production, applying fixes or adjustments as necessary.

• Documentation: Document RPA processes, bot configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Maintain proper version control and knowledge transfer documentation.

• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as business analysts, IT, and other developers to deliver end-to-end RPA solutions.

• Optimization: Continuously look for ways to optimize existing RPA bots and business processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Educational qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

 

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development with Automation Anywhere (A360) and Power Automate.

 

Mandatory/requires Skills:

Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development with Automation Anywhere (A360) & Power Automate.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Automation Anywhere (Automation 360).

• Strong knowledge of RPA development tools like bots, Task Bots, MetaBot, IQ Bots / Document automation and Gen AI capabilities.

• Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts.

• Experience with database integration, SQL Queries and working with APIs.

 

• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex RPA issues.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.

• Process Understanding: Ability to understand and analyze business processes to translate them into automation workflows.

• Certifications: Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (A360) or higher preferred and Power Automate PL certification - PL500.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Low code apps (e.g., out Systems) is an added value.

• Exposure to Gen AI integrations, or Chatbot automation within A360.

• Knowledge of other scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
