Autodesk Revit Drafter (Commercial Experience Required)

We are seeking a highly skilled Revit Drafter to join our team in the northern Orlando, FL area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in producing detailed construction documents for commercial projects and be proficient in Autodesk Revit. This role requires a solid understanding of commercial building standards, coordination practices, and construction documentation.

This is a 6 month contract-to-permanent hire position.

Responsibilites:
• Produce detailed and accurate commercial construction drawings using Autodesk Revit.
• Develop and maintain BIM models for commercial projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project managers to ensure accuracy and consistency across disciplines.
• Interpret design concepts and translate them into high-quality technical drawings.
• Incorporate redline markups and revisions efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure all drawings comply with Florida building codes and commercial construction standards.
• Participate in project coordination meetings as needed.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout all project phases.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of professional Revit drafting experience.
• Proven Commercial project experience is required (office buildings, retail, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction detailing and documentation standards.
• Familiarity with Florida building codes and permitting processes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
