Job Description

Since Daruma Corporation was established in 1986, we were engaged in export, the consulting & management of office / factories. After 1991, our main business became construction (mainly Japanese companies).

Today, we make sure on construction that we provide

(1) fine / detailed service
(2) including maintenance works
(3) and better quality work than other companies
(4) at reasonable prices.

Our objectives are to win trust from clients and to attain sound growth & long lasting stability, which we believe will provide peace of mind / trust to our clients.

• Responsible in encoding and drawing files in computer aided design and in AutoCAD format
• Supports in technical and drawing works with or without the presence of Architect or Engineer
• Responsible in editing and revising in all disciplines of construction (as required)
• Responsible in maintaining files and drawings of the assigned project

• Graduate of B.S. Architecture or any Engineering course
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD 2010 up to the present versions
• 2D/3D and rendering
• Knowledge BIM and/or 3D Studio Max is an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in the related field
• Not more than 35 years old
• Male or Female
• Must be flexible and willing to be assigned anywhere in CALABARZON Area.
