Able to sand primer or sand and prime vehicles

Ability to work under high pressure

Ability to confirm if bodywork is acceptable

Assist/prepare technicians jobs for paint

Competent in best practices of refinish preparation

In many cases prepper is Apprentice Painter

High drive and urgency

Other duties as assigned

Working knowledge of computers
