CSN Garyray Collision is seeking a skilled and dedicated Auto Body Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage and performing high-quality repairs to restore vehicles back to their pre-accident condition. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods.
• Perform bodywork repairs, such as dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening.
• Utilize various tools and equipment, including welding and frame machines, to execute repairs.
• Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, priming, and masking.
• Communicate with service advisors and team members to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and techniques.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Auto Body Technician.
• Completion of an Auto Body Collision Repair program or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting repair estimates and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and repair processes.

Benefits:
What we offer:

• Hourly rate fron $28.00 to $40.00 depending on experience
• Benefits: Extended health, Dental and short term, long term disability.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift, Monday to Thursday (8 am - 5:30 pm) Friday (8 am - 4:30 pm)
