Levander's Body Shops is seeking to hire an experienced and motivated Auto Body Shop Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our new facility in Salina, Kansas.
Are you looking for a fast-paced job with a great working environment? Levander's is a robust collision repair facility with 20 locations in the state of Nebraska, Kansas, South Dakota, and now Colorado! We are looking for someone who is eager and willing to be a team player.
If you have a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record in managing a successful auto body shop, we want to hear from you. Hours are from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. Training for this position will begin promptly to learn the processes and procedures that Levander's Body Shops has developed. CCC Intelligent Solutions experience preferred but not required.
Requirements:
Practical body shop experience with an understanding in estimation, repair, and refinish techniques
Leadership experience, preferably in the collision repair industry.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Basic computer skills
Strong written/oral communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Responsibilities:
Monitor safety, training, and equipment obligations
Effectively communicate goals and the steps to meet them
Maintain a swift and accurate production schedule
Guide teams through technical and personnel problems
Effectively manage multiple projects independently
Ensure quality standards are maintained and P&L margins are adequate

$60,000 - $100,0000 Yearly
