Is are seeking to hire a full-time Auto Collision Estimator in our Kearney, Nebraska location. Hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. Are you looking for a fast-paced job with a great working environment? Levander's is a robust collision repair facility with 17 locations in the state of Nebraska, Kansas, South Dakota, and now Colorado! We are looking for someone who is eager and willing to be a team player.

* Experience in CCC estimating solutions preferred, auto body estimating, body tech experience, or solid knowledge of vehicles required.

Job Duties:

Developing a proper repair plan for each vehicle

Prepare estimate for each vehicle according to insurance guidelines

Maintain the schedule per vehicle before, during and after completion of repairs

Complete supplements and communicate that with the customer and insurance partner

Effectively manage multiple projects independently

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience as an Auto Body Estimator or in a similar role preferred.

Proficiency in estimating software (CCC ONE, Mitchell, or similar).

Strong knowledge of auto body repair processes and insurance claim procedures.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
