What You’ll Do:

Obtain and validate prior authorizations for scheduled services

Communicate with patients, physicians, and insurance payers

Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and staff

Document all authorizations accurately in our scheduling system

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED

1+ year healthcare experience preferred; insurance authorization experience a plus

Strong communication and organizational skills

Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and other required immunizations
