Wir suchen Sie als Auszubildende*r zum*r Pflegefachfrau*mann (m/w/d)
in Vollzeit ab dem 01.03.2026, oder 01.04.2026
oder Teilzeit ab 01.08.2026, oder 01.10.2026

Oder als Auszubildende*r zur Pflegefachassistenz (m/w/d)
in Vollzeit ab dem 01.03.2026, oder 01.06.2026
oder Teilzeit ab 01.10.2026, oder 01.11.2026
Ihre Aufgaben:
Im Berufsfeld der Pflege stecken viele Nebenberufe:
als Pflegefachfrau*mann sind Sie auch Ratgeber*in, Seelsorger*in, Entertainer*in, Konditor*in, Stylist*in & vieles mehr.

Eine Ausbildung bei uns bedeutet:
Pflege und Betreuung pflegebedürftiger Menschen Zuhause, in einer Senioren-Wohngemeinschaft, in einer stationären Pflegeeinrichtung, in der Tagespflege oder einem unserer vielen Sonderdienste.
Ihr Profil:
Interesse am Umgang mit pflegebedürftigen Menschen
Mittlerer Schulabschluss
Flexibilität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamgeist und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Christliche Grundhaltung und eine Identifikation mit dem Leitbild und den Zielen der Caritas

Aktive Begleitung in den Ausbildungsphasen durch Praxisanleiter & Ausbildungskoordinatorin

Vergütung nach Caritas-Tarif: Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft:
1. Jahr 1.340 €, 2. Jahr 1.402 €, 3. Jahr 1.503 €, sowie Jahressonderzahlung;
Ausbildung zum*r Pflegefachassistent*in: 1.264 €, sowie Jahressonderzahlung
Sehr gute Übernahmeperspektive in eine unserer 27 Pflegeeinrichtungen
Schülerpraktikum, Freiwilliges Soziales Jahr oder Bundesfreiwilligendienst vorab möglich
Übernahme der gesamten Kosten des Jobtickets und die Hälfte der Kosten unseres kooperierenden Fitnessstudios
